Voglia Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy

At Voglia Swimwear, each piece is made to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the made-to-order nature of our swimwear, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges are available in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, Voglia Swimwear offers exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and protective hygiene liners intact.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at vogliaswim@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. All exchanges must be approved before an item is shipped back.

Non-Eligible Items

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags and hygiene liners are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
